Who is the client?

DoorDash is one of the most recognizable brands in the online food ordering industry. In Q1 2024, they had more than 37 million monthly active consumers and processed $19.24 billion in gross order value.

What was the challenge?

DoorDash needed a landing page appealing to owners of small and independently owned businesses. These were people who already had a loyal core customer base and wanted to grow that base to increase profits, but didn't have the resources to do so and were skeptical of new tech and services. DoorDash wanted to perform a split test, so two headers in the hero section were requested.

What was the solution?

I highlighted the opportunity to drive revenue and reach new customers and spoke to the benefit DoorDash provides in conveniently connecting owners with a network of delivery drivers. Since these potential partners may be a little cautious, DoorDash offers a free 7-day trial for new partners, which I made clear in the call to action.


If business owners were still unsure and had questions, I provided links to frequently asked questions, an testimony page with social proof, and a contact option to speak with an expert so that owners could get answers and come to trust DoorDash and want to do business with them.
